You may return your Gisser Jewel item(s) for free within 30-days after receiving or picking up the package. To initiate a return please follow this link. Make sure you have your order number and post code available.

Returns are only refunded when the item is unworn, undamaged, in its original packaging box and pouch and has the tags still (unharmed) on them.

You will be refunded within 14-days after we have received your return in our atelier.

Only returns initiated through our return portal will be handled.
